I would not recommend anyone outside the USA buy any refridgerated items, my entire order, including vaccines worth over 100 GBP was ruined as it took 13 days to arrive in the U.K, customs also held it for 4 days. As for the product I have yet to try it, I have just discovered I can buy it without a prescription in the U.K so this is where I will be buying it from, from now on. The official products website sounds very encouraging so I will be trying it out on my own cats very soon.
