Toxic Ingredient December 5, 2008 Reviewer: SL from Northern CA United States   The third ingredient is Xylitol, which I heard from my vet is toxic to animals.  I think she said it can cause liver damage and seizures.  They didn't sell this at the hospital and maybe this is why.  I purchased Aquadent from Allivet.  Research xylitol before deciding to buy this for you pet.
