Recombitek West Nile Vaccine recommended for the vaccination of healthy horses as an aid in the prevention of viremia due to West Nile Virus (WNV). Recombitek West Nile Vaccine Reconstitute the lyophilized vaccine with accompanying liquid diluent and aseptically inject a 1 mL dose by intramuscular route. For primary vaccination, revaccinate with a second 1 mL dose of this product 4 to 6 weeks later. After inoculation, the vector does not multiply in the horse, but does express the protective proteins. As a consequence, these components induce an immune status against West Nile Virus.
