Pug Skin Roughness October 13, 2009 Reviewer: Jacqueline from Jacksonville, FL United States   I have two Pugs and one of them has a lot of skin problems and I have used the Universal Medicated Shampoo on her when her skin gets really rough feeling like sandpaper and it seems to help her a lot.  Her skin will feel a lot softer and her scratching will calm down some.  I have decided to bathe her in it every week to see if it will completely soften her skin up like the other Pug.
