Can my 5 yr. old yorkie be on Tobramycin Ophthalmic Solution the rest of his life?1
I adopted my yorkie about a month ago and was told he needs to be on Tobramycin Ophthalmic Solution for the rest of his life. Is this alright or will it damage his eyes. The vet at the rescue organization where I adopted him said he has chronic dry eye. My vet didn't feel this was the correct medication for dry eye and told me to also give him a lubricant so I am also giving him GenTeal. Is it alright to give both?
