How it works?
Unlike other trail boots, our HOOFix Emergency Trail Boots are made of a soft yet strong fabric that does not rub your horse’s coronary band or heel bulb. These hoof boots are extremely lightweight (less than 5 oz.) and very compact so they’re easy to carry.
How is it sold?
HOOFix Emergency Trail Boots include a pastern band, hoof pick and carrying pouch, which easily fit in the pocket or pack or tie to the D ring of your saddle.
Simply clean the bottom of your horse's hoof, place the stretch band around the pastern, secure the boot, and you're ready to go.
Five-layered cushioning helps protect your horse's hoof in any emergency when you lose a shoe. High-tech fabric provides long wear, yet is not heavy or bulky. Skid-resistant bottom is made from recycled tires to provide some traction. Weighing in at less than 5 oz, it folds down to fit neatly in your pocket or tie to your saddle.
