The most frequently reported adverse reactions include vomiting, itching, diarrhea, lethargy, and lack of appetite. The safe use of Nexgard in pregnant, breeding, or lactating dogs has not been evaluated. It should be used with caution in dogs that have a history of seizures or other neurologic disorders, speak with your veterinarian about using Nexgard for your dog.
