ORM-D CONSUMER COMMODITY containing hazardous or flammable materials will be shipped in packages bearing the label ORM-D CONSUMER COMMODITY (Other Regulated Materials for domestic transport only) which means the packages contain hazardous or flammable materials in a limited quantity that presents a limited hazard during transportation due to its form, quantity, and packaging. ORM-D product(s) must be shipped by ground transportation only, and can’t be shipped internationally.

What to know before using Prozap Insectrin x Concentrate, 32 oz
- Never use this product on or in electrical equipment. Shock can occur.
- Use as directed.
- Further information can be found at your Cooperative Extension Service.
- Never apply or allow this product to drift to weeds or crops with actively foraging bees. It is incredibly toxic to bees exposed to residues or direct treatment.
- Never contaminate water during cleaning of equipment or in disposal of wash water.
- Never apply in weather conditions that favor drift from the treatment area.
- Never apply to an intertidal area below the mean high water level, directly into water, or in an area with surface water. Take care when applying to any area adjacent to a water body.
- This product is incredibly toxic to aquatic organisms, including fish.
- Remove and wash contaminated clothing prior to reuse.
- Do not inhale spray mist or vapor. Harmful when inhaled.
- Thoroughly wash hands using soap and water after use before using tobacco, chewing gum, drinking, or eating.
- Do not allow eye contact. Moderate irritation can occur to the eyes.
- Frequently repeated or prolonged contact with the skin can lead to an allergic reaction in certain individuals.
- Wear gloves, chemical-resistant footwear, socks, long pants, and a long-sleeved shirt during use.
- Avoid contact with clothing or skin.
- Skin irritation can occur.

Overview
Dosage and Administration: One quart makes up to 200 galllons of spray. Mix 1 quart to 20 gallons oil for back rubber use. For severe infestations, dilute 1.28 oz per gallon of water (1 part concentrate to 99 parts water) (0.1%). For normal infestations, dilute 0.64 oz per gallon of water (1 part concentrate to 199 parts water) (0.05%). Spray thoroughly to cover the entire animal. For lice or Mites, a second treatment is recommended in 14-21 days. Spray lactating dairy cows only after milking is completed. Spot Treatment - Dilute 2 oz per gallon of water (.16%). Low Pressure Spray - Apply 1/2 oz per ear or 1-4 oz on face or 12-16 oz along the backline. Backrubber - Dilute 8 oz in 5 gal oil (0.125%).
