What to know before using Amantadine Hydrochloride 100 mg Tablet
Amantadine should not be used in pets with kidney disorders, seizures, behavioral conditions, liver disease, congestive heart disease, untreated glaucoma, pregnant, or nursing. This drug should not be administered alongside Trimethoprim-sulfa (antibiotic) or quinidine (heart medicine). Thiazide diuretics can reduce amantadine’s excretion.
