Overview
Use : Evaluate and dilute the stallion's sperm to a final concentration of 20.10^6 sperm cells per ml. Dose volume should be equal to 10 ml. It is however possible for this exterior to be used at concentrations higher than 200.10^6 sperm cells per dose. Note : Do not sue black rubber syringes (butyl), as they are cytotoxic to the sperm cells.
