Lysodren (Mitotane) Tablets are used to treat Cushing's disease in dogs. It could also be used in the treatment of some cancer-related symptoms of the adrenal glands, like adrenal cortical carcinoma.

Lysodren is a useful treatment for Cushing's Disease, as well as some symptoms of adrenal cancer, such as adrenal cortical carcinoma.
What does Lysodren 500 mg, 1 Tablet do?
Lysodren suppresses the function of the adrenal glands through erosion of the top two adrenal gland layers, which produce corticosteroid hormones. This reduces cortisol production.
