    What are the side effects of Equine Potomavac + IMRAB?

    In rare instances, administration of vaccines may cause lethargy, fever, and inflammatory or hypersensitivity types of reactions. Treatment may include antihistamines, anti-inflammatories, and/or epinephrine.

    What special precautions are there?

    Use entire contents when first opened. Shake well before using. Contains gentamicin as a preservative. Do not vaccinate within 21 days prior to slaughter. Vaccinating animals whose immune response is compromised by stress, disease, etc. may not produce the desired results.

    Contact your nearest emergency animal hospital

    How can I store Equine Potomavac + IMRAB?

    Store at 2-7°C (35-45°F). Do not freeze.

    Helpful Tips:

    For primary vaccination, aseptically inject 1 mL (1 dose) intramuscularly into healthyhorses 3 months of age or older. For E. risticii, revaccinate with 1 dose 3 to 4 weeks later using this product or EQUINE POTOMAVAC™. Revaccinate annually with a single 1 mL dose.
