Its safe yet foul taste will shoo your dog away from said objects, deterring the undesired behavior. Note* Safe on wounds/dressings.

Our NaturVet Bitter Yuck! No Chew Spray is clear, non-sticky, and easy to apply spray will stop animals from chewing and gnawing on any number of problem areas. Inexpensive and non-staining. Can be used on any washable surface, indoors and outdoors. Bitter YUCK! is WATER BASED unlike other alcohol based products that can cause stinging, so it can be applied to wounds or bandages. Stops pets from chewing on paws, hot spots, wounds, drapes, leg wraps, manes and tails.

NaturVet’s Bitter Yuck! No Chew Spray’s unapetizing taste works to deter your pet from exhbiting behavior such as chewing on important objects and/or wounds. However, because taste in pets is a relative issue, some may not be effectvely dissuaded. Be sure to observe your pet’s relationship to this product to confirm its intended effect. Do not leave pet alone with objects or wound before doing this.

Be sure to apply evenly on desired surfaces, object, and body parts. Use regularly until behavior is effectively deterred. Avoid contact with eyes. The objective of this product is to train and control your pet’s naturally occuring urge to chew. Implementation of chew toys may help.


Spray Bitter YUCK! evenly on hot spots, summer itch, furniture, etc. Use consistently until undesirable habits are curtailed. Do not spray around eyes or nose.
