UT Strength is a unique formula made specifically to support a healthy urinary tract in cats. It contains D-Mannose, which is a natural simple sugar that works to remove dangerous bacteria by voiding and attachment. It is absorbed by the body 8 times slower than glucose, and it is never converted to glycogen. It is also never stored in the liver after ingestion. Instead, this ingredient proceeds straight to the bloodstream from the kidney to the bladder. Displaced bacteria cause 80-90% of urinary tract infections.
