Shop from home with ease and the comfort of knowing that Allivet offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all over the counter medications. Our 30-Day Guarantee allows you the time needed to check items for accuracy; color, quantity, and size for your pet, etc.

In the highly unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Allivet (with the exception of prescription drugs and vaccines), we will gladly accept your return for an exchange or a refund. Kindly return your unused, unopened items in their original box and/or packaging in new condition within 30 days for a replacement or refund. Returning Prescription Items.

PRESCRIPTION DRUGS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. Allivet will not accept returns for refund or exchange on ANY prescription medication. State and Federal regulations prohibit us from accepting any prescription drugs returns, except when these drugs are subject to a recall. As your Trusted Pet Pharmacy, we uphold all pharmacy and state regulations. This rule is for your protection and assures you that medications dispensed by our pharmacy have not been outside the control of the pharmacy. If you have questions and/or concerns about the prescription items in your order, please call our Customer Care Specialists at 1-877-500-9944.

Returning Vaccines

VACCINES OR COLD ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. Allivet will not accept returns for refund or exchange on ANY Vaccines.

Missing or Damaged items:

Missing and/or damaged items should be reported to Allivet via or call us at 1-877-500-9944 within 72 hours of order receipt so that we can correct your order.
