Active Ingredient(s): Each 0.65 g (1/4 level teaspoonful) of powder contains: Potassium gluconate 2 mEq (468 mg) in a palatable protein base.

Indications: For use as a supplement in potassium deficient states in cats and dogs.

Dosage and Administration: Powder: The suggested dose of TUMIL-K^® for adult cats and dogs is 0.65 g (1/4 level teaspoonful) per 10 lbs. (4.5 kg) of body weight twice a day with food. The dosage may be adjusted to satisfy the patient's need. For use in kittens and puppies, consult a veterinarian.

Tablets: The suggested dose of TUMIL-K^® for adult cats and dogs is one (1) tablet per 10 lbs. (4.5 kg) of body weight twice a day. The dosage may be adjusted to satisfy the patient's need.

Precaution(s): Store at a controlled room temperature of 59°-86°F (15°-30°C).

Caution(s): Federal law restricts this drug to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian.

Use with caution in the presence of cardiac disease, particularly in digitalized patients or in the presence of renal disease.

Do not administer in diseases where high potassium levels may be encountered, such as severe renal insufficiency or adrenal insufficiency.

Warning(s): Keep this and all medications out of the reach of children.
