Optixcare Eye Health is an ophthalmic gel (sterile) to be used as a topical nutritional antioxidant in veterinary use only.
It helps protect the eye against oxidative stress and ocular oxidative stress and subsequent inflammation. This symptom worsens with age; it may cause pets to experience retinal degeneration, cataracts, or dry eyes.
It comes in a tube that is 20 grams.

What does Optixcare Eye Health, 20 gm do?
Optixcare Eye Health contains resveratrol. This antioxidant is found in the skins and wine made from red grapes. In some studies, it’s shown to reduce the inflammation and oxidative stress of aging.

It also contains Astaxanthin, commonly referred to as, “Super Vitamin E.” It is also an antioxidant found in shrimp, salmon and microalgae. It contains 100 times more antioxidants than vitamin E.

It also contains Pyruvate, another endogenous antioxidant. This ingredient plays a central role in energy production and metabolism. It’s been shown in studies to reduce inflammation, and oxidative stress.

It also contains EGCG, or Epigallocatechin gallate. This ingredient is found in green tea and has ten times more antioxidants than vitamin E. It also works in the reduction of free radical generation and excess iron.

Tips for using Optixcare Eye Health, 20 gm
Apply 1 to 2 drops to the surface of the cornea of both eyes as recommended by your veterinarian (typically 2 to 4 times daily).
