How to find an item?

To find an item on allivet.com, try one of the following

How to order prescription?

The Federal Law requires that prescription drugs to be restricted to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian (USA Orders Only). Before we can process your prescription medicine order, we must have a prescription from your veterinarian on file. Four convenient ways to provide us with prescription:

  • 1- Your veterinarian may Call, email, or Fax the prescription to us
  • 2- If you have the prescription already, you may Mail, email or fax it to us
  • 3- If we have a refill for you on file, place your order & we'll take care of the rest
  • 4- You may submit a Pet-Vet information and we'll obtain the prescription for you

Veterinarians Authorization

The order will be held pending the veterinarians authorization. If you would like to place an order before your veterinarian calls or faxes the prescription, you may do so. Our customer service representative can place the order on hold until we receive the prescription.

As soon as the prescription is received, the order will be released.
NOTE: Prescriptions are refillable, if indicated, for one year from the date on which they were written. After that time, your veterinarian will need to authorize a new prescription.

Allivet endorses the American Veterinary Medical Association

Allivet endorses the American Veterinary Medical Association policy that drug therapy, when medically indicated should be initiated only by an attending veterinarian in the context of a valid veterinarian-client-patient relationship.

We are unable to accept returned prescription drugs
due to federal and state laws.

  • Allivet Order Status / Order Progress Email Notification.
    Allivet sends you an order progress email with every step of your order progress

  • Log in to your account and scroll down the page to order history section.
    You will see order status in the order status feild

How to re-order?

  • Log in to your account and scroll down the page to order history section.
    Click on the re-order link at the item you would like to re-order

    or customs restrictions that apply in countries outside the United States.
  • * If for any reason the package is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. VACCINES AND RX ORDERS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
  • * Refunds will be issued for the product(s) less shipping charges
    both to you and back to us.
  • *All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.

How to create an account

    You can either shop for your items, add them to cart the choose to checkout. During the checkout you will be prompted to register and create an account

  • Or, you can click on my account link on the top right section of the site header where you will be directed to the sign in page.
    At the sign in page, click on new memeber sign in button in the new customers section

Forgot password?

  • Retrieving your account password is easy.

  • Click on my account link on the top right section of the site header where you will be directed to the sign in page.
    At the sign in page, scroll to forgot password section and enter your email address you registered with and click request password button. Your password will be sent to you in an email from allivet.
