Works great! Just make sure you apply it on time every month. Also be sure all the liquid is at the bottom of the container otherwise when you snap it open you'll get some of the liquid on your fingers.

I have an itchy scratchy main coon cat

I have 6 cats, insiders and inside/outsiders, of varying weights. Frontline is convenient, easy, and effective.

This is OK for my smaller cats, but not strong enough for my 20 pound cat. I have to used revolution or another one recommended by my vet. I use the automatic refill of this product. Be careful, they accidentally tripled the refill for a 12 month supply (I have 6 cats) and had a bill over $400. I refused one of the refills and they had the nerve to charge me a restocking fee.

Very effective

I have used Frontline Plus on my cat for years and it remains effective. I prefer using a topical flea treatment over an oral since it is much easier to administer and I like the flesh on my hands and arms. Allivet's service was great!

In our situation-- ticks from the Maine woods--- using Frontline Plus as indicated on the box has resulted in a significant reduction in the ticks our cat brings into the house. When we are careful to apply correctly we do not see ticks on his neck and have no 'full' ticks drop off.

This is a great quick fix, expecially if your cats are starting with fleas and you are not just in maintenance mode. Within the hour we were able to start combing dead fleas out of our cats coats.

I have been using this product for a few years and have always had good results on 3 cats that stay indoors all the time. Alivet also had this for a much better price than 1800 Petmeds, but I found it for $40 cheaper on another site after I had placed my order. Maybe they will price match next time if I call them.
