Azithromycin for Oral Suspension (classed as a macrolide antibiotic) is intended for fighting the following bacterial infections:
- bronchitis
- pneumonia
- sexually transmitted diseases
- ear, lung, skin, and throat infections
Azithromycin for Oral Suspension is used to treat certain infections caused by bacteria, such as bronchitis; pneumonia; sexually transmitted diseases; and infections of the ears, lungs, skin, and throat.
For use in both dogs and cats.
Azithromycin for Oral Suspension is highly effective in treating an array of bacterial infections local to the ears, lungs, skin, throat, and sexual organs.
Azithromycin for Oral Suspension’s mechanism of action inhbits the growth of bacteria that lead to a variety of types of infections.
When administered in high doses, this drug has been found to vomiting. Pet parent should note that an overdose of azithromycin includes symptoms such as vomiting, diarrhea, and abdominal pain.
