The most common side effects include burning, stinging and redness in the eye after application. Less commonly eye watering, eye lid spasm, and hair loss and discoloration around the eye may occur with long term use.

What to know before using Cyclosporine Compounded Corn-Oil Ophthalmic Solution
Keep cyclosporine and all drugs out of reach of children and pets. Cyclosporine is a prescription drug and should be used according to your veterinarian's directions, and it should only be given to the animal for which it was prescribed. Do not give this medication to a person. Cyclosporine should not be given to animals that are allergic to it, or drugs like it. This medication should be handled and administered with disposable gloves.
