I bought this as the reviews were mostly positive. I have only been giving it to my two dogs for about 3 weeks, one is a 8 year old lab mix and the other is a 6 year old English Mastif. I will need to give it more time before I definitively say it is working. Here is what I can say: 1) the dogs are eating it, so it passes the taste test; 2) the have been no adverse reactions; 3) my wife observed some improvement on the labs mobility. Kiera's 19 year old body has responded well to Dasuquin with MSM. She has not been taking it long but it seems to be helping relieve her arthritic issues and making her more comfortable. We still walk at least 10 blocks every morning and evening without trouble most days. I'm wondering if doubling the dose on rainy days may help more.
