It can be prescribed for the treatment of allergies, insect bites or stings and other causes of itching. It can also be used for its sedative and antiemetic effects in the treatment of motion sickness and travel anxiety.

Diphenhydramine works by blocking a certain natural substance (histamine) that your body makes during an allergic reaction.
Lethargy, dry mouth, urinary retention, vomiting, diarrhea or lack of appetite.
Diphenhydramine 50 mg/ml
Contact your nearest emergency animal hospital.
Keep away from children and animals. Diphenhydramine should not be used with additional tranquilizing medications. Should not be used in pregnant or nursing animals.
