TruFel HCP+Ch-FeLV (formerly FEL-O-GUARD® PLUS 4 + Lv-K) vaccine for cats is recommended for subcutaneous vaccination of healthy cats, eight weeks of age or older, as an aid in the prevention of disease caused by feline leukemia, rhinotracheitis, calici, panleukopenia viruses and feline Chlamydia psittaci.

For subcutaneous vaccination of healthy cats, eight weeks of age or older, as an aid in the prevention of disease caused by feline leukemia, rhinotracheitis, calici, panleukopenia viruses and feline Chlamydia psittaci.
Rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia are modified live versions of the virus and leukemia and chlamydia psittaci are killed version of the virus.
Modified Live Virus and Killed Virus and Chlamydia
Contact your nearest emergency animal hospital.
In case of anaphylactoid reaction, administer epinephrine.

25-1 mL Vials of Vaccine
plus 25-1 mL Vials of Diluent

Vaccinate your cats to protect them from disease caused by feline leukemia, rhinotracheitis, calici, panleukopenia viruses and feline Chlamydia psittaci.
Aseptically rehydrate with accompanying diluent. Cats, inject (one) 1 mL dose subcutaneously using aseptic technique. Administer a second 1 mL dose three to four weeks later. Annual revaccination is recommended. Do not vaccinate pregnant queens.
Modified Live Virus and Killed Virus and Chlamydia
Neomycin, thimerosal and polymyxin B added as preservatives.
