Angel has cancer that is making little sores on her. She is old and we can't do much for her except keep the sores from irritating her with the prednisone every other day. She is so much calmer now and does not lick or chew on them anymore. We can't keep doing surgery on her. They pop up faster on her than she can recover from the surgery. Also, she is getting to old to keep carving away on her. She is so sweet.

I’m so happy you carry 1 mg. Prednisone tablets. My 5 yr old Havanese was diagnosed with Addisons Disease a year & 1/2 ago. I have to give him 1/2 tablet every day for the rest of his life. Our 9 year old boxer suffered from horrible skin allergies for years. He was constantly biting at his legs and paws, his stomach, head and neck was broken out - it was bad. It's hard to find 1mg pred at a reasonable price. This way I won't have to cut the 5s into quarters and (technically) give a larger dose. Dose will be correct and even.
