The single-dose vaccine combines broad viral coverage with bacterial defense against Mannheimia haemolytica, to help safeguard your beef and dairy herd, including calves, against the most significant viral and bacterial causes of respiratory disease.
Unlike similar vaccines, PYRAMID 5 + PRESPONSE SQ vaccine stimulates a strong immune response in the presence of maternal antibodies, thanks to the unique METASTIM adjuvant, so your calves can gain lasting protection against BRD. Beef and Dairy Cattle, including Calves
• Dual-action protection against the most common causes of bovine respiratory disease: bovine viral diarrhea virus (BVDV) Types 1a, 1b and 2, infectious bovine rhinotracheitis virus (IBR), parainfluenza 3 virus (PI3), bovine respiratory syncytial virus (BRSV) and Mannheimia haemolytica.
• Unique METASTIM adjuvant enhances the immune response and remains effective in the face of maternal antibodies.
• Protects against bacterial pneumonia.
• Convenient single 2 mL dose.
• Proven effective for the vaccination of calves as young as 30 days of age.
• Safe for use in pregnant cows and nursing calves when used according to label instructions.
PYRAMID 5 + PRESPONSE SQ uses a modified-live virus (MLV) platform for IBR, BVDV Types 1a, 1b and 2, PI3 and BRSV, paired with a killed leukotoxoid + bacterin component targeting Mannheimia haemolytica. The METASTIM adjuvant system enhances and prolongs immune response, helping cattle build strong defenses, even when maternal antibodies are present.
Transient mild swelling may occur at the injection site. Rarely, hypersensitivity reactions can occur and should be treated with epinephrine.

Inactivated bacterin-toxoid: Mannheimia haemolytica (with leukotoxoid).

Do not vaccinate within 21 days of slaughter. Store at 35–46ºF (2–8ºC). Do not freeze. Use entire contents when first opened. A small percentage of animals may show mild, temporary swelling at the injection site. In case of anaphylactoid reaction, administer epinephrine. For animal use only.
