Renal K + (Potassium Gluconate) Powder can be administered over dry food or mixed into canned food.
Renal K+ Powder 100 gram Dosage: Each 530mg (1 level scoop) contains 2.2mEq of potassium (as potassium gluconate) in a palatable base. The suggested dose for adult cats and dogs is 1 level scoop per 10 lbs (4.5kg) body weight given orally twice daily. Adjust dosage as needed.
