Davis Islands Dog Beach is just a short drive from downtown Tampa, Florida. The dog beach is located at the southernmost point of Davis Islands. This dog beach boasts two fenced in play areas with water stations to quench your pooch’s thirst. The park also provides bag dispensers for picking up after your four-legged friend.
Gulfside Beach (known as Algiers Beach) is one of many dog-friendly beaches you will find in Sanibel Island & Captiva located on Gulf coast. Enjoy a picnic at the beach or take a long leisurely walk along a nature trail with your pooch. Pet Parents are required to keep their dogs on a leach and clean up after them. Hourly Rate Parking is available.
Key West Dog Beach is located in the southernmost part of the United States. After a day at the beach, you can walk around this historical town and enjoy the majestic sunsets. Be sure to stop by the visitor’s information booth and ask about pet-friendly restaurants.
Rickenbacker Causeway Beach in Miami features a very pet-friendly beach located in Hobie Beach. Since it is conveniently located between downtown Miami, Key Biscayne and Brickell, you can you take in the awe-inspiring view of the Magic City’s ever-changing skyline. Your dog will enjoy exploring the beach and splashing in the warm shallow waters. Free Parking!
Miami Beach’s Bark Beach is the only dog beach in the City of Miami Beach! And it’s located next to North Shore Open Space Park which is another pet-friendly place. Both locations are surrounded by many great restaurants that are pet-friendly too! Dogs must be kept on a leash while at the beach except for designated areas. Be sure to bring your pooch’s shot records because proof of vaccination is required. Daily permit fees apply, please contact the visitor’s bureau before going.
