Temporary side effects may be seen a few hours after vaccination. Most side effects are mild, and include fever, loss of appetite, and lack of energy or alertness. These reactions are common and normal signs that an immune response has been stimulated.  If any of these symptoms continue for more than 24 hours, contact your veterinarian.
